Terms of Service

Last updated July 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrantFlow (the “Service”), operated by Media4U (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GrantFlow helps nonprofit organizations discover funders, research them, draft grant applications with AI assistance, and manage their grant pipeline. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change over time as we add, modify, or remove features.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

GrantFlow offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro and Team). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features on reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • submit false or misleading information in grant applications;
  • attempt to access other organizations’ data or breach the Service’s security;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass usage limits;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.

5. AI-generated content

GrantFlow uses artificial intelligence to help draft applications, research funders, and generate related content. AI output is a starting point, not professional advice, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before you rely on or submit it. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in funding or any particular outcome.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the organization information, documents, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including authentication, payment, hosting, and AI providers) to function. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or funding opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
